How It Works
1. Place your order and check your email (the one registered for account) for instructions to upload your photos and share your personalization preferences (style, personalized message, etc).
2. Our artists will create your custom design within 48 hours and send you a preview for approval.
3. We will only move into production after you approve the design.
(One complimentary revision is included if any adjustments are needed. Additional revisions may require extra time)
4. Once approved, your finished product will be carefully crafted and shipped within 72 hours.

• Care Instructions: Pre-treat the stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soapy water. Machine wash, max 40°C (104°F), normal cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, do not dry-clean. Iron, steam, or dry low heat only. Fluff to reshape when assembling it back together.
